MN home inspectors are not currently licensed and required to take continuing education.  As a member of InterNachi, Derek is required to take 24 hours of continuing education per year on top of his electrical education requirements.  Many local associations for MN home inspectors only base their membership on paying dues, InterNACHI inspectors must be continually improving as a condition of membership.
